Board Meetings

Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are held at 4:00 p.m. on the third (3rd) Wednesday of each month at the System Administrative Building, 3100 Main, 2nd Floor Auditorium, Houston, Texas 77002, unless otherwise announced. Committee and Committee of the Whole meetings will be held on the 1st Wednesday of the month.

Citizen Participation

Citizens have the opportunity to voice concerns or request information from the Board of Trustees during the “Hearing of Citizens” portion of the meeting. To participate in this forum, an individual must complete and submit a Request for Appearance form to the Board Services Office 24 hours prior to the meeting. 

Presentations are limited to four (4) minutes. No personalities or personnel may be mentioned in the address. The Board and administration will not respond at the meeting but will conduct a follow-up and provide a response if appropriate.
