It's important to note that we offer virtual support through two platforms: our video call center platform for enrollment and advising assistance, and Zoom for other select services. Please follow the steps outlined below to ensure you choose the right platform to access the virtual support service you need.

The hours of operation for virtual enrollment and advising support are Monday - Friday from 9 am - 4 pm.

  • Complete the Form: Scroll down and follow the instructions to submit the form that connects you to support. 
  • Select Your Service: Choose from enrollment and advising. Transfer between departments without re-submitting the form.
  • Give Access to Camera and Audio: Allow access to your media devices (camera and microphone) to access support services.
  • View Estimated Wait Time: Stay informed with real-time updates on your position and wait time.
