Faculty

Getting Started in Your Role

Your first day at Houston Community College will be spent at our Welcome Center where you will experience an onboarding experience with other professionals who are entering the community.  During this day you will learn about HCC, participate in discussions, become familiar with the HCC web and complete your benefits enrollment. We are happy that you chose to join our community and want to ensure you have the information and tools to get off to a good start.

Just-In-Time for Faculty is a set of professional development resources designed to help faculty to quickly become acclimated to HCC, offering an overview of policies and procedures, and teaching resources that are critical to effective service both administratively and in the classroom during your first days at HCC.
