HCC Sexual Assault Policy for Employees
Houston Community College is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace for all employees. The Sexual Assault Policy outlines what constitutes sexual assault and other forms of sexual misconduct, how to report an incident, and the support and resources available to employees who experience or witness such conduct.
The policy also explains employees’ rights, HCC’s investigation and response procedures, and the College’s obligations under Title IX and applicable state and federal laws.
This policy is part of the HCC Board Policy Manual and is hosted externally by the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB).
