Northwest College Photo Booths
The photo booths at the Spring Branch campus, Katy campus, and Alief Hayes/West Houston Institute run with an iPad. When renting out the photo booth, it is mandatory to have an attendant to run the booth and oversee technical issues. If someone from your department trains and becomes certified to use the booth, they can become the attendant for your event. Without a trained attendant, you will be liable for damages to the booth and/or its equipment. There are a few options to the booth as follows.
For photos straight to text message option:
- Internal department: $100 + College Ops trained attendant $50 = $150
- External Department: $200 + College Ops trained attendant $50 = $250
- Props: $25
For photos that you would like to print option:
- Internal department: $100 + College Ops trained attendant $50 + Printer Supplies $100 = $250
- External Department: $200 + College Ops trained attendant $50 + Printer Supplies $100 = $350
- Props: $25
Custom Photo Template:
If you would like a custom photo template created for your event, the pricing would be an additional $100. All logos and specific details desired must be turned in to the conference services manager one week prior to event.
