Construction Project Management
Construction Project Management program is designed to give construction industry professionals the skills, with an emphasis of real-world practices and the people skills required to successfully manage projects on time, on budget and within scope.
The training provides participants with an overview of the elements of project management, as needed to implement through all phases of development, as recommended by the Project Management Institute (PMI) - planning, managing, and controlling. Students will be introduced to key frameworks, practices, methodologies, and techniques applicable in the field.
Topics covered: construction concepts of project planning, scheduling, organizing, and leading the project; project delivery methods, construction services, bidding, procurement, frameworks for Risk Management and project development cycle and contracts and cost work analysis.
HCC-Career & Job Placement Services are available to assist students in job search.
Upon successful completion of the program students will receive ‘HCC-Certification of Completion.
