Now Open: The Global Online Testing Center

We’re excited to announce the official opening of our Testing Center on Wednesday, November 12, 2025!

The center is designed to provide a secure and supportive environment for students to complete their assessments. We’re ready to begin offering TSIA2 and ACCUPLACER ESL testing to get things underway.

Important Details:

November & December Capacity: 10 students per session, Wednesdays and Thursdays for now
Location: HCC District Office 3100 Main Street, 9th Floor, Houston, TX 77002
What to Bring: Valid government-issued ID / Passport
