Enroll Your School with Scripps

Spelling Bee enrollment is open now and extends through January 30, 2026. Elementary and middle school educators may enroll their schools by going to the Scripps National Spelling Bee website.

The enrollment fee provides access to resources needed to organize Classroom and School Spelling Bees, as well as study materials to help students prepare for their Bee. The standard enrollment fee is $199.

School Champions from enrolled schools may progress to Regional Qualifying Bees, where they compete to move on to the 2026 Scripps Regional Spelling Bee Hosted by Houston City College on March 28, 2026. The top three spellers from this event will progress to the Scripps National Spelling Bee to be held in Washington, D.C.
