We are very excited to welcome our 2026 Innovation Fellows! This year marks our eighth cohort with over 100 full-time faculty and staff successfully completing the program and more than forty departments and program areas represented. Our new cohort adds nine new departments and programs who will now be represented. Innovation Fellows continues to truly define "Innovation at the Intersections"!

The West Houston Institute Innovation Fellows program is a year-long cohort program for full-time faculty and staff designed to facilitate the development of individual creativity that leads to the innovation of professional practices and generates meaningful change across the institution. Applications to the program are accepted during the Spring semester. The program runs September-May during the academic year.
