Talents or Hobbies, or Something People Don’t Know About You
I love puzzles, not your typical jigsaw puzzles, but math, word, and shape puzzles. I've always enjoyed problem-solving and making sense of patterns, as it reflects how I approach both life and learning.

Why did you enroll at HCC Coleman College?
As an international student, I found HCC Coleman College to be one of the few schools that made an otherwise difficult process feel easy. Their consistent communication, from my application to my first day of classes, is why I chose to enroll at Coleman. I knew I would be well taken care of here.

Why did you choose your program of study?
Growing up, I always knew I wanted to work in healthcare, but I also knew that constant patient interaction might not be sustainable for me long term. Working in the laboratory offers the perfect balance of allowing me to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while working behind the scenes to support their care.

What do you like best about your college experience?
The best part of my college experience has easily been the people I've met. At HCC, I've connected with some of the kindest individuals from all over the world, many of whom have become lifelong friends. Even those I may not see after graduation have made each day a little brighter and my journey a lot easier.

What do you like best about your program of study?
The best thing about my program is my professors. I never expected to attend a school where I would feel so respected and supported. They give me the space to make mistakes, be myself, and grow under their guidance.

When you are tired, what motivates you to push forward?
When I feel tired, I think of everything I've overcome and the sacrifices my loved ones have made for me. Studying abroad has required immense sacrifice and perseverance, so I constantly remind and tell myself, "You cannot afford to give up now."

What advice can you offer to help other students succeed?
Some advice I'd love to offer other students is to make friends, manage your time well, and never give up! That is the best way I've found to make everything a little easier!

Any final thoughts?
I feel incredibly honored to receive this, and I am ecstatic to know people can see how hard I am working here. Thank you!
