About the Program
This program provides students with the knowledge and abilities to learn and apply in “real world” scenarios their technical skills through simulation exercises to pursue a career in areas such as export/import compliance, international trade, freight forwarding, shipping/maritime business, fleet operations, transportation management, warehouse and distribution management, project logistics, global logistics, and supply chain management.

Program Outcomes
STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO:
Explain logistics/supply chain terms. Explain the total supply chain management and function in distribution.
Demonstrate understanding of technological factors of logistics in international trade.
Apply forecasting techniques to various facets of supply chain management.
Solve transportation problems utilizing knowledge of world geography and the transportation system.

General Requirements
There is no prior experience needed in the career field only to aspire to learn and gain the knowledge, skills and abilities within the Logistics and Global Logistics Supply Chain career field. Come Join US to become the next Supply Chain Champion.
TSI testing required prior to first enrollment for all AAS degrees and Level II certificates.
