Houston City College prioritizes faculty hiring based on qualified credentials, ensuring that educators bring relevant expertise and experience to the classroom. This approach fosters a rich learning environment where students benefit from well-equipped instructors to guide them toward success.

For a current list of available faculty positions, please visit Careers@HCC and select the SEARCH FOR A JOB AT HCC button. Type in the keyword “instructor” in the search bar to view all active postings for full-time and adjunct faculty.  

Each spring HCC will host a Faculty Career Fair. This fair is open to all current and prospective full-time and adjunct faculty individuals.
