Multidisciplinary Studies - Economics Major A.A.
The Associate of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies is intended primarily for students planning on transferring to a senior college or university to receive a baccalaureate degree in the following areas: communication, business, social sciences, humanities, and fine arts. The requirements below must be completed in addition to Field of Study Curriculum degree requirements in order to complete all program requirements for this specialization.
Economics, the study of how humans allocate scarce resources among competing ends is the most important class a student can take. The reason this is true is because by studying economics students learn how to make decisions efficiently and optimally. This means in the best way possible. Economics is not just about money, it is about making choices.
