Requirements for TSI Test Takers 

  • Complete the Pre-Assessment Activity
  • Bring a valid photo ID
  • Know your HCC Student ID (W#) 
  • Bring HCC login info (email + password)
  • Register using the QR code
  • No phones or personal items allowed during testing

Requirements for Meningitis

  • Proof of meningitis vaccination
  • Shot must be within the last 5 years
  • OR submit an exemption/waiver form
  • Upload documents through your HCC account

We can only vaccinate students 18 or younger who have Medicaid or are insured. We cannot vaccinate students with Chip, Private insurance, or those over 18 due to state guidelines.
