IFB No. 21-01: West Houston Campus Expansion
The Houston Community College System, (“HCC” or the “College”) is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified firms to provide Construction Services for the construction of the new West Houston Campus Expansion Project. All work must be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications referenced herein. The project consists of constructing a new 70,000 square foot, three-story tilt wall building for the HCC Northwest College. The building will include Student Services, Testing Center, Classrooms, Science Labs, Learning Commons, Administration, Building Support Services, and all necessary infrastructure and MEP. Site work will include a detention pond, utility services, surface parking, and landscaping.
