After logging in, you’ll land on the welcome page. To access the Site Structure, select the Home button in the top left corner.
Pages are represented as sections (folders).
Sections are organized in a parent-child hierarchy.
Use the Site Structure to locate the section where your page will be placed. You can use the filter to quickly find the appropriate section.
This screenshot is for reference only. You will only see the sections you are approved to access and edit.
After locating your section, select on its name to open it. You will see an empty section, as no content types have been added yet.
Upon completion of the training, you will be given access to the sections that were requested. If additional access is required, please reach out to the Admin.
The screenshot below shows a list of content sections/types that may be present in the section you are viewing.
The Preview button allows you to see how the page will appear while you are still working on it. The content must be saved as a draft before it can be previewed.
Direct Edit allows you to edit the content directly on the page.
The order of the content can be changed by selecting and holding the + icon on the left side of each content item, then dragging it to the desired location.
To edit a specific content piece, hover over the content name and select it.
To delete a content piece, go to the Actions button on that specific content piece and hit delete. Deleted content will appear as "inactive" until it is permanently deleted from the recycle bin.
To add content to a section:
A list of available content types will appear. Use the filter box to quickly find the content type you need.

Save as Draft while you are still working on a content piece. When you are finished, select Save, and it will go to the Web Content Editor’s queue for approval.
