AutoCAD Draftsman

This training is designed to provide basic and general knowledge of various types of CAD software usage, identify CAD hardware and software and operating systems; compatibility of CAD drawings for various types of CAD drafting; determine means of storing and sharing databases. The hands-on computer-based activity teaches the fundamental techniques, tips and shortcuts for 2D to 3D CAD drawings useful for individuals as a beginner through intermediate CAD Operator. The knowledge acquired can also be helpful if an individual is interested in taking the entry level Autodesk Certified Users exams.
