Manager of Leadership Development & Strategic Circular Economy Projects | INEOS

 

Stacy Putman is Manager of Leadership Development & Strategic Circular Economy Projects for INEOS.  She maintains an office at INEOS’ North American HQ in League City, Texas, but is typically found in community at the manufacturing sites or with other key stakeholders.

Stacy joined INEOS in 2005 where she began as Polymers Commercial Operations Manager. Subsequent roles were SHEQ Corporate Manager and Site Director for the Carson, CA location.  Returning to Texas in late 2018, she served as the Sr. Project Director on a $1b+ capital project expansion at the INEOS Brazoria County site through 2020.

Stacy currently serves on the EXCO advisory committee with AFPM, the EHCMA and Eco Alliance workforce development committees, and similar committees with many community colleges and community organizations focused on access to fulfilling employment. In 2016, she was honored with the Manufacturing Institute’s (MI) Top 100 Women in Manufacturing in North America award and has served in an advisory capacity to MI since 2016.  Stacy earned her bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University, holds a Certificate from Cornell in Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility and is working on graduate studies in Circular Economy at Bradford University in England.
