Spring 2014 Instructional Leaders Meeting

The spring 2014 Instructional Leader's meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The purpose of the IL meeting is to provide updates on mission-critical initiatives, policies and procedures changes, and other relevant information important for the semester. Like the meeting in fall 2013, this will be online using GoToMeeting and will be broadcast from the 3100 Main Auditorium. Sign-in to GoToMeeting opens at 8:45 am.

3100 Main Parking
Please be advised there are only 50 parking spaces designated for this event. This limitation is determined by the availability of parking spaces in the 3200 Main garage. To register for one of the spaces, go to Reserved parking permits will be sent via email to those who register to hold a parking space. If you don't register for a parking space and select to come to 3100 Main to attend the live event, you must find your own parking that is not in the 3200 Main Garage. Towing is enforced. Again, please do not park in the garage unless you have a reserved space and parking permit for the time period of the meeting. Please be advised that refreshments will not be served for those who come to 3100 Main. NEO's opens at 7:30 a.m. and will be open during the duration of the meeting.
Follow Up Meetings
Be on the alert for more information about additional "follow up" meetings to be held for both academic and workforce faculty leaders during the spring semester. The information will be published in HCC News and sent out via HCC email.
Participation Required
As an instructional leader, you are required to participate in this meeting. Your participation will be documented and reported to the District Office as well as your direct supervisors for PEP purposes. Sign-in sheets will be available at each campus location and 3100 Main. If you access the meeting through a personal computer or mobile device, GoToMeeting will track your attendance. Be sure to sign in using your real name so that you will be recognized as having participated. Please place this meeting on your calendars now and make it your priority to participate.
