Every item that uses the HCC logo, brand wordmark or has an intention to represent the institution through words or graphics must be approved by HCC branding prior to production. Requesting a product through HCC Communications ensures you have a brand-approved item that adheres to our institutional brand standards. By using the menu options below, you can request various products (web and print), including brand approval for items you have created yourself.

How quickly will my request be completed?

Communications is committed to reviewing and assigning all requests on the day the request is received. However, completion times can vary depending on the complexity of the request. Most basic requests such as changing the date, or updating an address can be completed within two business days.  The completion date cannot be the requesting date.

It's best to plan in advance for events and marketing collateral items you need by a certain deadline. Major print jobs may take up to ten business days to complete, allowing for design and print processes. Web requests that require major development will vary as regards to completion timetables. Jobs will be canceled 10 business days after a request for feedback is unanswered, or when the requested delivery deadline passes and the client has not responded to requests from Communications for feedback.

How does the request system work?

Communications uses Smartsheet technology to process job requests. To make a request, select the job type under "Make a Request" in the right column.
