Houston Community College (HCC), in partnership with the Gulf Coast Community Services Association (GCCSA), is proud to present an outstanding scholarship opportunity for low income students wishing to pursue continuing education certifications. The Ascension II Skills Program is a part of GCCSA’s Ascension Series that focuses on the development of assets for low income clientele (educational credentials, business, employment, etc.).
