Blackboard Vista Problems/Issues to Refer Directly to HCC Support Staff

 

If your problem is NOT listed below, contact the HCC Blackboard Vista Support Center for help.

For the following problems/issues, contact your local college Bb Vista administrator OR click on the Help form at the bottom of this section.

  1. I am having problems logging in with my Bb Vista ID.

  2. When I log into Bb Vista, I can't see my section/course shell.

  3. When I log into Bb Vista, students are missing from my section/course.


• If your course is hybrid or web-enhanced, contact your local college Blackboard Administrator (see list below); Do not complete the Help form.
• If your course is DE, contact a DE technician using the Help form.

  1. I need to cross-list my Bb Vista sections. (Cross-listing means students from more than one section of the same online course are combined into one Blackboard course shell.) Contact a DE technician using the Help form.

  2. I cannot log in or I need help specifically with my Distance Education Online Orientation. Contact a DE technician using the Help form.
