31 Basic Peace Officer cadets graduate from HCC Public Safety Institute

Thirty one cadets graduated from the Public Safety Institute’s basic peace officer class during ceremonies at HCC’s Northeast College on July 6, 2010.

 

The following students graduated from the Basic Police Officer Academy: John Benefield, Jr., William Bobs, Michael Brown, Dennis Carter, Corey Childress, Christine Cooksey, Dean Davidson, Zachery Denton, Christopher Drake, Vonetta Evans, Annabelle Figueroa, Brian Fleming, Melvin Fulton, Alejandro Garcia, Jan Garriga, Omario Gatheright, John Hatler, Staniesha Jones, Seth King, Benjamin Lambert, Christopher Lellis, Tomas Lopez, Tara Mathis, Abdel Newisar, Jesse Pham, Ryan Pizzitola, Jacob Pulido, Jarrod Rodgerson, Paul Vest, Matt Vogt, Dustin Wagner.

The HCC Public Safety Institute at Northeast College, known for its state-of-the-art facilities and highly qualified faculty, is responsible for training law enforcement, EMS, and fire technology students.

The Basic Peace Officer program has no age limit. Law enforcement agencies from school districts to precincts accept qualified officers at any age and are recruiting HCC cadets into jobs across the state of Texas.
