Apply for scholarships at HCC

Deciding to attend college is a big move, and many students worry about how to pay for it. The Houston Community College Foundation supports HCC in its efforts to attract and educate Houston-area students, traditional and non-traditional and those facing barriers to higher education. 

Every year, thousands of scholarships have been awarded to deserving Houston Community College students.  More will receive scholarships this year and many more Houston-area students are expected to receive scholarships in the coming years.  You too could be a scholarship recipient.

All you have to do is apply online.  The online scholarship application for 2013-2014 is available now until 2 p.m. May 3.  One application opens you up for all of the available scholarships.   The funds will pay for HCC tuition, fees and books.  You don’t even have to be a perfect student to receive money to pay for your education.
