HCC’s Password Management System will allow you to change your password anytime over the web.

To Allow unassisted Password Resets we need for you to answer some challenge questions.  Challenge questions will help us certify that you are a valid user. If an unauthorized person attempts to reset your HCC password, they will be challenged with one of the questions that you selected. If the unauthorized person does not know the answer, then they cannot access your account.

You should choose answers that you will easily remember.

The answers to your challenge questions are stored securely.   Once answered correctly, you will be able to reset your password.

Assisted Password Resets

There is a Helpdesk challenge question that we are asking you to fill out. This will be used by HCC Customer Support to verify that they are speaking with you.  They will be able to help you reset Challenge questions and to reset your password.
