HR Benefits serves as coordinator for Employees Retirement System Health and Welfare plans, Texa$aver 457 and 403(b) voluntary retirement savings plans, The Teacher Retirement System pension, Optional Retirement Program and TIAA-CREF part-time Social Security Alternative plan. This department also administers leaves, including Family Medical Leave, vacation, sick and catastrophic leave banks and employee bereavement recognition.
