About HCC Online

HCC Online courses are equivalent to on-campus courses except that 85% or more of the course work is completed through an online learning management system, called Eagle Online.

State Authorization
Federal law requires college distance learning programs to obtain approval from individual U.S. states in order to provide online courses to students in that state. Due to this law, HCC is not able to accept Online (fully online courses) students living in: Arkansas, District of Columbia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Wisconsin, or Wyoming. We are sorry for this inconvenience. You can find more information for online students about complaint resolution in Texas or other states under the "About Us " category.
