Assurance of Nondiscrimination
The System is committed to providing an educational climate that is conducive to the personal and professional development of each individual. The System prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.
Compliance Coordinator
The System designates the following person to coordinate its efforts to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended, and to coordinate its efforts to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504):

The Deans of Student Development at the individual college campuses are also designated as compliance officers to provide assistance to students in need of accommodation under Section 504 or the ADA.
Students who feel that they have been discriminated against or who feel that the College System has not adequately fulfilled its obligations under the provisions of the Title IX, Section 504, or the ADA may address their concerns to the compliance coordinator or file a complaint pursuant to the System's student grievance procedures.
