Q. Who do I notify if I have lost my keys?
A. Please notify your Department Head and COO or Campus Manager immediately in the event of lost or stolen keys. Stolen keys might require additional reports.
Q. What is the procedure to turn in keys once an employee has left his or her position?
A. Employees who leave a position under any circumstance must return their keys to their Supervisor. The Supervisor should have the employee sign a form stating the keys were returned. It is the Supervisors responsibility to forward the keys back to the Department Head or Locksmith Department.
