Mission Statement
We are the maintenance support to the Houston Community College Systems campuses. We continuously strive for excellence by providing accountability along with availability to ensure that all matters of concern are addressed in a timely manner.
Vision Statement
Our vision is to enhance the comfort level of the HCC family by providing the necessary preventive maintenance. Our goal is to find cost effective solutions for problems that may arise in normal day to day operations. We want to discover and maintain the most current technology available to keep our campuses operating at the efficient level in which or students and staff have come to expect.
