    Always teased as a child for being too slow, on April 20, 2009, Jeffery Cook, Senior Vignette Systems Administrator, competed in the 113th Boston Marathon. Hampered by a hip injury, after 4 hours and 38 minutes, Jeff crossed the finish line.

  • VoIP - Will It Replace the Traditional Landline?
    A survey conducted by the Association for Communications Technology Professionals in Higher Education, known as ACUTA, revealed that Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) deployment in colleges and universities in North America is limited due to concerns such as staffing, quality of service, emergency 911, and the complexity of implementation; however, despite those concerns, a major deployment wave is underway. HCC is among those who are riding the wave of VoIP deployment.
