This site allows access to all the continuing education program reviews, annual assessment/progress reports and feedback forms for the academic year starting with 2009-2010. You can access the site by using your email address and Active Directory login password. The link below connects you directly to the SharePoint Assessment page. You will be asked for your email login and Active Directory password.
