FACULTY SCHOLAR INTERNS  PROGRAM

Target Group: new full-time faculty interns  
Required Curricula: 3 full days of professional development opportunities with follow up mentoring sessions.

Operational Guidelines

This program focuses on mentoring newly hired faculty who be considered for full-time faculty positions. Candidates are selected in collaboration with Human Resources and departments chairs. A three-day training session is required prior to employment which is followed by monthly session with a tenured faculty throughout the nine month intern contract.

Dr. Gary Wanamaker serves as the lead facilitator.
