HCC-related information is disseminated via HCC e-mail services. Both adjunct and full-time faculty are assigned a HCC email address and are expected to use them for HCC employment matters. In class training to learn how to use HCC's e-mail services is provided the first day of employment orientation.  To access your HCC e-mail services for the first time, your user name is in the format: firstname.lastname.

For example: Jane Doe's User name is jane.doe

Your default password is your birth date in MMDDYYYY format followed by the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.

ACCESS/UPDATE YOUR PERSONNEL INFORMATION
Update personal information, view pay information, record time worked, register for HCC training courses via your personnel account at "@ Your Service."

HCC EARLY ALERT
Student Retention System

The HCC Early Alert Initiative is a college-wide effort to successfully retain students who are at risk of failing, withdrawing or dropping a course. This joint effort between Instruction and Student Services identifies students that are performing poorly in the classroom so that effective support services can be provided to the student.  

Accessing the "Early Alert" Form:

1. Log into Student Services (PeopleSoft) 

2. Once logged in you will be linked to the Learning Management System.

3. The Early Alert link is located on the left hand side of the page.

4. Complete all sections of the form as needed and submit.

The completed form is then e-mailed to your College’s Student Services Office
