How to Make a Payment

Instructions on how to make a payment for the following:

• Graduation Fee
• Deferment/ Reproduction Fee
• International Orientation Fee
• International Application Fee
• Return Check Fee

The preferred payment method is an online payment using a credit card. To make payments online you must have completed an online application so that you can sign into the student system.

         Please review this tutorial on how to make the online payment.
         You must print the receipt at the end of the transaction and submit it as 
         proof of payment with your application.

        Alternatively, money orders payable to Houston Community College 
        can be mailed to OISS or submitted in person at the HCC cashier office.
