The Asset Management Department is a unit of the Finance Administration and Business Services, reporting to the Executive Director of Financial and Budgetary Control.The Department has exclusive responsibility for the following:
Maintaining the system that provides accountability for equipment owned and/or acquired by the College.
Ensuring that department heads adequately fulfill their responsibility by taking adequate precautions to safeguard assets.

To help assure the ongoing fiscal integrity of the College by identifying and keeping accurate records of its capital equipment.
To respond to audit and customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
