Advanced Coding and CPC Exam Review

In depth coverage of ICD and CPT coding by medical specialty, conventions, guidelines and principles, with emphasis on case studies. The course is designed to prepare the student to take the American Academy of Professional Coders (CPC) Exams. The course provides a solid foundation in coding principles and conventions to reinforce the proper use of the coding books.

Course Description -In depth, intensive coverage of ICD and CPT coding by medical specialty, conventions, guidelines and principles as they apply to accurate coding of complex medical, surgical cases and procedures, with emphasis on case studies.
