Plant Design Management System (PDMS)

Through a special arrangement with AVEVA Inc., HCC is now offering Basic courses in PDMS. PDMS has been the premier software for the Petro-chemical and offshore design industries for nearly 30 years. It offers true spec-driven database applications using a proprietary relational database structure that is virtually unrivaled in the industry. It is an impressive software tool and trained users are in demand. It can provide amazing job opportunities for those who possess the specialized skills.

HCC offers Equipment/Piping and Structural design application classes, both evenings and weekends at the Pinemont Center Campus (Pinemont at Ella Blvd.), Katy Campus (Near I-10 at Fry Rd.), Town & Country Campus (I-10 at Beltway 8), Codwell Campus (I-10 east at 610), and Alief Campus (Bissonnet near Eldridge). Classrooms are well equipped with current release version of the software. The instructors have over 10 years experience with PDMS and 20 plus years of industry experience.  Each course is 40 hours of instruction and cost includes materials.
