Plant Design Management System (PDMS)
Houston Community College has been successfully operating classes in Plant Design Management
System for the past four years. PDMS is used predominantly by offshore and petrochemical design
industries.
PDMS is a true spec driven database application that uses a proprietary relational database
structure.
To that end it provides amazing job prospects for individuals that possess these specialized skill sets.
The Houston metro area has many companies that use PDMS.
We offer a three class piping curriculum, a four class Structural curriculum, and two Drawing
Production classes. Each class is two weeks in length.
