This is a comprehensive study of property management, using textbook study with computer training and hands-on approach to train and educate property management professionals. The course is designed to provide the student with a sound knowledge and understanding of property management in multi-family situations.  The course includes professional development courses, real estate specific software, legal issues, and an internship.  

The course is also designed for current property managers who simply want to improve proficiency and be updated on changes in the property management industry.
