Customer Service Excellence Certificate
Each person makes a difference in creating and sustaining customer service excellence in all types of companies in a wide variety of fields. Assessment tools will be used to analyze service and decide how it can be improved to meet or exceed customer expectations. The certificate program is designed to provide participants with a meaningful learning experience that address the most common principles and pitfalls encountered when providing customer service.
Co-requisite or Prerequisite - Participant must complete a 24 hour Basic Keyboarding Course.
Course Work - Total of 45 hours must be completed to receive certificate. Course offerings vary by semester.
