Scope of Services
Facilities Services is a committed proactive organization designed to meet the growing needs of Houston Community College. We are responsible for both routine maintenance and building operations.
How to Obtain Services
Requests for facilities management service should be made through the COO or campus manager located at each HCC campus site.

Hours of Operation
With the exception of holidays, the Service Response Center (SRC) is staffed from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday. A supervisor will handle all after-hours emergency calls.
Service Response Center (SRC)
All service requests must be made by the HCC COO or campus manager. The SRC, through its supervisors, will assign all work orders to the appropriate field maintenance personnel.

Normal service requests should be made in writing by faxing a completed Work Order Request Form to 713.718.7115
