The purpose of this test preparation course is to introduce low-intermediate level English speakers to the fundamentals of the revised U.S. Naturalization Test and Interview. U.S. History, Civilization, , government, and civics content are emphasized through oral, reading, writing, and group exercises. The instruction includes specific unit content areas, review of historical documents, completion of the Application for Naturalization (Form N-400), sentences for dictation and reading, questions and answers for the 65/20 exception, and review of the Oath of Allegiance. The course U.S. Citizenship Preparation is for the adult learner who has low-intermediate knowledge of the English language.
