Our dedicated staff, at HCC's Student Services Contact Center, can help ease your transition into Houston Community College. You may contact a Student Information Specialist by e-mail, phone or live chat. You may also utilize our ASK HCC knowledgebase in order to answer your questions.
Our mission is to support our ever-changing technological student by providing information in an interactive modality where they may reach our Student Services Staff by phone, email, live chat and self-service. We will provide the infrastructure to ensure that our community and student body are served via our Virtual One Stop Shop.

Search results only show available courses. To register, note your desired class numbers and visit the Apply & Register page for further instructions. If the course you want is not appearing in search results, it may not currently be offered. Please check the Programs tab instead for degree plans and other course options.

Why does the website look broken?
You may need to clear your browser's cache. Doing so varies by browser, so below we've provided links with instructions for each of the major browsers.
If you're unable to access your browser settings, please contact the customer support desk at firstname.lastname@example.org or 713-718-8800.
For users of Internet Explorer 9, you may see layout issues with the redesigned HCC website due to the Compatibility View settings. To change your Compatibility View settings in IE9:
- Go to the Tools > Compatibility View settings menu
- Uncheck the box for 'Display all websites in Compatibility View'
- Click 'Close'
- You may need to restart your browser
If you need Compatibility View settings turned on for business applications you use, please view the new site in Firefox.
