Hundreds of families lined Texas Parkway in Missouri City anxiously awaiting the “Miles of Smiles” Juneteenth Parade to roll down the street in front of them. Meanwhile back at the staging area, one Houston Community College student helped the crew stuff tote bags with goodies to hand out to those families.
