C.7 Whistleblowers

The Board prohibits retaliation against any employee who reports violations of law, the College Code of Conduct, College Policies, or College Rules and Regulations.

The College shall not suspend or terminate the employment of, or take other adverse personnel action against, an employee who in good faith reports a violation of law by the College or another public employee to an appropriate law enforcement authority.
