More than 250 Houston-area small businesses are thriving and growing thanks to their participation in the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program at Houston Community College. The ninth cohort begins May 28, 2014, but the deadline to apply is Monday, February 24, 2014.

Dr. Tyson-Howard is the Program Director of Health Information Technology at HCC Coleman College for Health Sciences, the field of study that she has also taught at HCC for 25 years.
