The following rates have been based on extensive research and are competitive with comparable facilities within the service area. Day rates are applicable 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; evening rates apply 4:30 p.m.-10 p.m.

Conference Center Rental Rates

  • Auditorium/Foyer* (5,000 sq. ft.) — 140 people classroom style, 200 people theatre style. Day and Evening: $500 Commercial, $250 Non-Profit.
  • Seminar Rooms A (1,100 sq. ft.) — 40 people classroom style, 65 people theatre style. Day and Evening: $200 Commercial, $100 Non-Profit.
  • Seminar Rooms B (1,800 sq. ft.) — 65 people classroom style, 100 people theatre style. Day and Evening: $200 Commercial, $100 Non-Profit.
  • Seminar Room C (540 sq. ft.) — Day and Evening: $150 Commercial, $75 Non-Profit.

*Seating for our auditorium is 3,300 sq. ft. with a Pre-Event Foyer of 2,162 sq. ft. Proof of insurance coverage must be supplied prior to the event or a liability waiver signed. Room occupancy is based on maximum use of floor space and will not be lessened if room is configured differently. Non-profit organizations must provide proof of 501C3/501C4 status and are subject to room assignment adjustments.

  • Portable LCD Projector — Auditorium or Seminar Rooms: $75 Commercial, $50 Non-Profit.
  • Standard Overhead Projector — Auditorium or Seminar Rooms: $25 Commercial, $20 Non-Profit.
  • TV with DVD/VCRCombo — Auditorium: $75 Commercial, $50 Non-Profit. Seminar Rooms: $50 Commercial, $35 Non-Profit.
  • Wireless Microphones — Auditorium: $30 Commercial, $25 Non-Profit. Seminar Rooms, N/A 
  • Video Recording/Live Video Feed — Auditorium: $300 Commercial, $200 Non-Profit. Seminar Rooms, N/A.
  • Telephone, Credit Card Reader, or Fax Machine — Auditorium: $50 Commercial, $25 Non-Profit. Seminar Rooms: $40 Commercial, $15 Non-Profit.
  • Lobby Plasma Screen — Auditorium or Seminar Rooms: $75 Commercial, $60 Non-Profit.
  • Large Plasma Screen (Podium) — Auditorium: $75 Commercial, $60 Non-Profit. Seminar Rooms: N/A 
  • Small Portable Podium — Auditorium or Seminar Rooms: $25 Commercial, $15 Non-Profit

  • Easel Pads (price per pad) — Auditorium or Seminar Rooms: Commercial $25, Non-Profit $20.

Rates are for HCCS-owned equipment on a single day/event and are subject to increase if equipment is outsourced.
