The following rates are based on extensive research and are competitive with comparable facilities within our service area. Day rates are applicable 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday; evening rates apply 4:30 p.m.-10 p.m. and weekends.

Conference Center Rental Rates

Room Rates ** New Rates have gone into effect July 1, 2015 **

  • Auditorium/Foyer* (5,462 sq. ft.) — 140 people classroom style, 200 people theatre style. Day and Evening: $350 Commercial, $175 Non-Profit.**
  • Seminar Rooms A (1,100 sq. ft.) —  40 people classroom style, 65 people theatre style. Day and Evening: $180 Commercial, $90 Non-Profit.***
  • Seminar Rooms B (1,800 sq. ft.) —  65 people classroom style, 100 people theatre style. Day and Evening: $180 Commercial, $90 Non-Profit.***
  • Seminar Room   C (540 sq. ft.)    — 22 people classroom style, 35 theatre style. Day and Evening: $100 Commercial, $50 Non-Profit.****

*Seating for our auditorium is 3,300 sq. ft. with a Pre-Event Foyer of 2,162 sq. ft. Proof of insurance coverage must be supplied prior to the event or a liability waiver signed. Room occupancy is based on maximum use of floor space. Non-profit organizations must provide proof of 501C3/501C4 status and are subject to room assignment adjustments.

** Rates are based upon four hour blocks. Additional hours will be charged using hourly rates. ($87.50 and $43.75 respectively)

  • Mounted LCD Projector — Seminar Rooms A, B & C only. Auditoriums: N/A. Seminar Rooms: $35 Commercial / $25 Non-Profit.
  • Portable LCD Projector — Auditorium or Seminar Rooms: $75 Commercial, $50 Non-Profit.
  • Wireless Microphones — Auditorium: $30 ea. Commercial, $25 ea. Non-Profit. Seminar Rooms, N/A 
  • Video Recording/Live Video Feed — Auditorium: $300 Commercial, $200 Non-Profit. Seminar Rooms, N/A.
  • Polycom Telephone — Auditorium: $50 Commercial, $25 Non-Profit. Seminar Rooms: $40 Commercial, $15 Non-Profit.
  • Lobby Plasma Screen — Auditorium or Seminar Rooms: $75 Commercial, $60 Non-Profit.
  • Large Plasma Screen (Podium) — Auditorium: $75 Commercial, $60 Non-Profit. Seminar Rooms: N/A 
  • Small Portable Podium — Auditorium or Seminar Rooms: $25 Commercial, $15 Non-Profit 
  • Laptop — Auditorium or Seminar Rooms, Commercial or Non-Profit: $100.

Rates are for HCCS-owned equipment for use on a single day or single event.

Rates are subject to increase if equipment is outsourced.
