It's important to note that we offer virtual support through two platforms: our video call center platform for enrollment and advising assistance, and Zoom for other select services. Please follow the steps outlined below to ensure you choose the right platform to access the virtual support service you need.
Zoom: Virtual Student Support Services
The select virtual services that are on Zoom are listed below. Please select the links to log in to your Zoom account and connect to support.
- Adult Ed (ESL & GED): Monday/ Wednesday/ Friday (9 am - 12 pm) and Tuesday/Thursday (1 pm - 4 pm)
- Financial Aid/Cashier (payment/payment plans & billing): Monday - Friday (9 am – 5 pm)
- Office of International Students: Monday - Friday (9 am – 5 pm)
- Office of Veteran & Military-Affiliated Student Success (VMASS): Monday - Friday (9 am – 5 pm)

Follow the simple steps below to connect the virtual enrollment-related services offered by the Virtual Student Service Center.
- Complete the Form: Scroll down and follow the instructions to submit the form that connects you to support.
- Select Your Service: Choose from enrollment and advising. Transfer between departments without re-submitting the form.
- Give Access to Camera and Audio: Allow access to your media devices (camera and microphone) to access support services.
- View Estimated Wait Time: Stay informed with real-time updates on your position and wait time.
Virtual Support Hours
The hours of operation for virtual enrollment and advising support are Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm. In our commitment to ensure every student receives timely service before closure, the support team will close the access form below at 4 pm. This will allow the team to appropriately manage resources to support students' inquiries during operational hours. All students who submit the form by 4:00 pm will be serviced based on their queue position.
