Free Community-Based Job Training

The Community Based Job Training (CBJT) program is a collaborative effort by HCC and a number of high-profile nonprofit organizations to improve the employability and financial position of underemployed or unemployed individuals. Training most often occurs at the nonprofit organizations' facilities which also provide additional wrap-around services to students.

All CBJT programs are aligned with ATX approved career pathways and support student learning with contextualized Reading and Math or English language classes. Non-credit CBJT program courses are not eligible for federal student aid.
